There are other food sources used in our kitchen, so it is not possible to completely guarantee that there may be no traces of products such as milk, eggs, gluten and nuts.
Although we have strict cross-contamination policies in place and we strive to provide as much information as is possible about our dishes, we cannot with complete certainty guarantee a total absence of these items in any of our products.
Our Staff receive extensive training on each of our dishes, constituent ingredients and their possible allergen consequences. Before a booking is taken the person who makes the booking will be asked to confirm if the party has any special dietary requirements or allergy issues we should be aware of.
